RETREAT CENTER
Our retreat center is just a short drive from Anchorage in Palmer, Alaska. You’ll find yourself surrounded by beautiful Alaska mountains on the grounds of our gorgeous ranch setting. The scenery, horses, animals, and trail ride or zip line options will keep you there all day.
The Barn
With the use of our working barn and wonderful outdoor picnic area, we can offer several different spaces to meet your needs! Order up a wagon ride and smore’s or light a fire in the oversized fire pit and laugh the night away with a sky full of stars and a glass of wine with all your favorite friends. Outdoor games include horseshoes, corn hole and other yard games. Our Barbeque fires nicely for delicious meat and all the sides you can prepare.
Single day rental is $1,800.00 for this space. Barn available after 5pm.
The Upper Room
The newly refinished Upper Room is a 20×40 space with private bathroom on the second floor. It is a large open format with couches and long tables. It provides a comfortable intimate setting or lays out well for teaching or presenting.
Single day rental is $350.00 for this space.

Finally, we have the Legacy Mountain Lodge found under EVENTS page. Sunderland Ranch is the perfect spot to host a craft event or training. We have hosted clinics and teaching seminars here. From animal clinics to work or friend gatherings, we can make this space work for you.
RETREAT RESERVATION REQUEST FORM
Outdoor Arena: Roughly 200 ft by 100ft with 5” of sand. Our arena is ideal for your equestrian events and clinics. Our barn offers 6 stalls with tack storage and wash bay. With four guest rooms above the barn it makes it convenient to stay and play. The arena can also be used for softball or other sports tournaments or activities.
Outdoor Spaces: Our grounds offer 2 separate locations for the perfect wedding backdrop. If you are looking for the rustic feel of a barn or back yard wedding feel, you will want to book our equestrian center.
